How it works
Four steps from first email to lights down.
We’ve refined the process to be as low-effort as possible for you. Most clients spend less than ten minutes total getting their event booked in.
STEP 01
Pick a screen
Tell us where your event is and roughly how many people are coming. We'll suggest the right screen — trailer, 3m inflatable or our 6×3m big screen — along with sound and any extras.
STEP 02
Lock in a date
Send us your preferred date (and a backup if you've got one). We'll confirm availability and hold it the moment you're ready to go.
STEP 03
Choose the movie
We'll guide you through licensing if your event is public, or just confirm the title for private screenings. Got a request? We'll do our best to sort it.
STEP 04
Sit back. We run the show.
We turn up, set up, sound check and stay through the screening. When the credits roll we pack the whole thing down. You don't touch a cable.
Common questions
Things people always ask.
Can’t find what you’re after? Give us a call and we’ll walk you through it.
What movies can we screen?
Almost anything that's released to home or commercial cinema. For private events (e.g. a backyard) you're generally fine; for any public or ticketed event we'll talk through licensing so it's all above board.
Can we choose what time it starts?
You pick — but outdoor screens look best after sunset. The trailer screen works in daylight if you need an earlier start.
What time of year works best?
Late spring through autumn is ideal in the Bay. We run year-round though, and our trailer screen handles wind and the odd shower far better than the inflatables.
How does the movie actually play?
We bring a professional cinema projector, sound system and media source. You can supply a USB or streaming login for private events; for public showings we handle the licensed source.
How long does setup take?
Allow about 60–90 minutes for an inflatable setup, less for the trailer. We always arrive with comfortable time before guests show up.
Do you offer school fundraiser discounts?
Yes — schools, churches and community groups get a dedicated package designed to keep more of the gate. Get in touch and we'll talk numbers.
What if it rains?
We watch the forecast carefully. If conditions look unsafe for the inflatable screens we'll work with you to postpone — usually to the next available evening — at no penalty.
Do you supply power?
If there's a regular household plug nearby we can run from that. Out in a field or remote venue? We'll bring a silent generator.
